Have you eaten a Little Donkey Lately?

So... I can't believe I just barely found this little piece of knowledge out, but did you know that the literal translation of Burrito is "Little Donkey"? I don't care who you are, that is pretty sweet. And to know me, means that you know that I know that I heart the burrito... Hard.
I just typed in Little Donkey into my Google Machine and found this sweet song/poem. For S's and G's (shits and giggles), I replaced "Little Donkey," with "Burrito." I also replaced "Bethlehem" with Boulder," and "Mary" with "Neil."

Burrito
Burrito, burrito on the dusty road
Got to keep on plodding onwards with your precious load
Been a long time, burrito, through the winters night
Don't give up now, burrito,
Boulder's in sight

Ring out those bells tonight
Boulder, Boulder
Follow that star tonight
Boulder, Boulder

Burrito, burrito, had a heavy day
Burrito, carry Neil safely on his way
Burrito, burrito, journey's end is near
There are wiseman waiting for a sign to bring them here

Do not falter burrito, there's a star ahead
It will guide you, burrito, to a cattle shed

Ring out those bells tonight
Boulder, Boulder
Follow that star tonight
Boulder, Boulder

Burrito, burrito, had a heavy day
Burrito, carry Neil, safely on his way
Burrito, carry Neil, safely on his way
