With that being said, lack of money will suck. But that means other things will be cool. I plan on riding the hell out of my bike(s) in the immediate future. In the nearly immediate future, I anticipate some moving going on. I won't get into details yet, but I have something in mind that I know that some people that read this will like.
Um, what else. I don't think I have officially said it on here, but I didn't win the voting for the Bloggers Grant (Free Entry) into The Breck Epic (that crazy 6 stage Mtn Bike Race). It was close, but no cigar. A little ironically, only 2 of the 4 (5 if you consider one of the winners was a team) actually HAS a blog. but that is neither here nor there. Thanks for everyone that voted. I probably won't do it, unless I can win the lottery on the way home from work.
I have a couple races up my sleeve for now. I am going cheap this year.
- 12 Hours of Mesa Verde I've already registered for this one, planning on solo this year (I did this last year).
- Laramie Enduro I am on the top end of the wait list for, and have some unfinished business with it (I tried this one last year, and to date it is my only DNF)
- Vapor Trail 125 I am going to try to get into this one, I got in last year, but had didn't get a chance to race it cause I got hurt.
- Single Speed World Championships If I can get my greedy hands on a singlespeed, I have already gotten into this race with my beautiful color contest entry form (below). (Note: I did this awesome rendering in +/-5 minutes.)

- I've also heard rumor of a Park City race in September that seems like it could be pretty rad.
- And my ongoing off-road triathlon dream could materialize, should I learn to swim.
Bye.

Neil,
Sucks bout your hours, any big jobs coming down the pipeline? Logan city is weathering the storm pretty well right now there is no talk about job cuts. but who knows what the future will bring permits are slowing way down. AMC? less than Breck Epic. I am thinking about this one, let me know if your interested I owe you from Leadville 100. Number three is near. Russ
I'm pretty excited you're moving to DC! We can't wait!
damn the man and this economy.
Ha Andrew you are so wrong I bet. Way to think positive though. I heart Neil! No matter what the economy brings I will always be your sugar momma. Let's learn to swim together. I hear those off-road triathloners suck the big one at mountain biking.
I'm ready for some hints on these big plans of yours
